EMPOWERMENT

1. Empowerment of employees: Is that decision making has fallen to lower levels of the company. The hierarchical system previously used in decision making has led to a system where employees are responsible for their own actions, and leadership comes from the teams and not just one person as was previously the case.


2. Restructuring of the corporation: Although companies rarely have to experiment with such a radical change, the lower the level of decision making is more an issue, because it requires a change in organizational culture, they require thorough preparation of all persons involved in it.





3. The explosion of information: Thanks to the generation of information technology is unlimited, the communications are growing faster. And if all this is well organized, it represents a very important tool for growing organizations.




4. Globalization: At this time, leaders of corporations need to act globally, not only to take advantage of new market opportunities, but to face the new challenges of the market. All of the above to reach the leading competitive business.

The most difficult task of leaders to Empowerment, team building is open. The basic unit of an organization Empowerment is not the individual who achieves results, but a coordinated group of people. The new leader must learn to take a step back and create a work environment that enables individuals to learn, grow, develop, contribute and achieve excellence. Increased competition combined with high demand and consumer demands for quality, innovation, flexibility, speed, functionality and low cost, have not only to organizations in a revolution but the people involved in them.




TEAMWORK

Small group of people whose skills complement each other to work to achieve a common set of objectives, which are responsible, their size ranges between 6 and 18 people as opposed to the working group who depend on the direction of a supervisor . The teams can be organized into departments, the most important skills in these are the self-managing teams which improve quality and productivity and reduce operating costs, receive a multidisciplinary training in several different assignments over these barriers eg A engineer trained in different fields dealing with a large number of management tasks permanent.
